Deposit & Photoshoot

1. I understand that the deposit paid to Aisha Diandra is non-refundable. This covers Aisha Diandra's time & costs associated with preparing for photoshoots, administration and any location hire fees. The deposit may be transferred towards other photoshoots or services in some circumstances. 2. I agree to be punctual. Shooting starts at the scheduled time and ends at the scheduled end time. If I arrive late, the shoot will start as scheduled and I accept that I will have less time during the shoot.

Liability Waiver

1. I acknowledges and accept that Aisha Diandra is not responsible for injury or damage resulting from participation during my photography session, including my arrival and departure from the studio. 2. I acknowledge that pole dance/aerial arts are dangerous activities and as such I voluntarily accept the risks associated in participating in the photography session. 3. I waive to the full extent permitted by law all legal rights of action against and fully release Aisha Diandra, the Location and Location Related Parties for the loss, damages, or injury howsoever arising out of or in relation to the participation by the activities conducted or organised by Aisha Diandra and Related Parties. Including without limitation, liability for any negligent or tortious act or omission, breach of duty, breach of contract or breach of statutory duty on the part of Aisha Diandra or Related Parties.

Photography & Edits

1. All photographs created during the photoshoot are copyright of the photographer. I may print the images and share the images on social networking websites, with family and friends, and on websites, as long as the images remain unaltered and written credit is given to Aisha Diandra. I may not reproduce, publish or sell the images without written permission from Aisha Diandra. 2. I understand that Aisha Diandra will provide a private Pixieset gallery to view water-marked proofs within 2 weeks of the photoshoot date. Edits may take up to 8-10 weeks from date of selection and any extra edits chosen after first date may incur additional wait time. 3. The editing styles, effects and retouching done on the final images are up to Aisha Diandra, however I may make some requests regarding editing within reason. Edits will include skin retouching and perfecting the lighting & colours. Any heavier editing (such as changing body parts) will incur an additional fee.

Photography Release

1. I agree to Aisha Diandra using and publishing images from the photoshoot for any reason or purpose (such as editorial, promotional or educational) on Social Media Platforms and their website (aishadiandra.com). I release all claim to profits that may arise from use of images. 2. I understand that the images taken and delivered are for personal use only and I must gain written consent from Aisha Diandra to use the images for profit.
